I love reading psychological thrillers, dark memoirs, moral dilemmas, and I'm starting to dip my toes into historical fiction. I own a little free library that I keep stocked full of books, drink a ton of coffee, and stay at home with my daughter. I borrow most of my books from the library or use Libby to listen to audiobooks or read on my kindle.
I keep a clean home and absolutely love organizing. I have a Culinary Arts degree and really enjoy cooking things from scratch, especially comfort foods. As someone with a dietetic background and PCOS a non medicated supplement for insulin resistance is inositol. I mix mine in water and chug or in a coffee and sip. As a pcos girly I carry jerky, nuts and dried fruit. Yes they’re high calorie but they don’t go bad quickly and are easy to carry.

They haven't all been about ivf specifically, but even the ones I have watched weren't as detailed. So, thank you. I'm not in my ivf era quite yet, but if I'm not pregnant by December, 3 more attempts, we are moving to the next step. I'm in my 21st cycle, and it again was unsuccessful.

Once im off my no milk or soy diet ( for my little one's allergy 😢), i think i would love to create my own cookbook club. Right now with my diet, i think it would be too restrictive for others
So glad to hear you got your results, we are on this journey with my teen as well. She can't put weight on and is bloated and it's painful for her most days.
