Hi I'm Gabby and this is Taylortoned! I create and post follow along barre and pilates workouts. All my workouts can be done at home and are equipment free, sometimes I use small hand weights but don't worry if you don't have any you can substitute everything for household items such as water bottles.

I create 15 - 60 Minute workouts that are suitable for all levels, you can do the workouts if you are a beginner to barre pilates and if you are advanced! I will always give you modifications and advancements making all the classes accessible and suitable for any fitness level.

I know this was released during covid when gyms were closed and people were doing home workouts, but these exercises are so good that im doing it in the gym everyday

Yes this was a great workout! Don’t let the”standing” part fool you. My legs feel like rubber right now which I just love after the workout 💕 I totally agree your encouragement of “yes I know” gets me through the moment and is SO NEEDED. Thanks Taylor. It is my first time using the chair. I’m in a hotel room that has a nice big enough space for me to work out with a towel in front of the bed. It was perfect. I’m going to look for something in your repertoire of toning more on my belly as I have a spinal cord injury. It helps my core tremendously. Thank you.😊
