The main goal of our toils is to further the selection and distribution of hardy, mite resistant, and productive stocks of bees.
Just down the road from ya, its been pretty miserable. Supposed to be cooler but rain tomorrow. We need a rain though, its got pretty dry here. Clover and soybeans right now, cotton has a little ways to go.
I’m just about tapped out. My production has dropped to a minimal amount. I’m shifting focus to making breeders for next year and for collaborative efforts.
Until there is explained with evidence a solid linkage to this product and varroa brood sensitivity as a Egg Police trait, then all we see here is another means to stress out some bees - easily done by pi55ing in the cup, no applicator needed! Neither of you have any insight in breeding as risk for whichever sucker buys into that spin for UBO scored virgin queens! No skin in the game myself, beyond being a customer of reputable breeders, the premium advice to be offered here is to step off this train before even greater erosion of credibility occurs - the wise would be jumping, before the station. I give you credit you have so much patience. I wonder if the same colony would score different depending on time of summer , or mite level? Did you ever do the same hive spring and fall , low vs high mite wash level?
