I'm assuming you two are British, I think brunch is more of an American thing. It's basically a late and super heavy breakfast traditionally with alcoholic drinks like mimosas and bloody marys.
This is what happened to me. The betrayal was a blessing. 31yrs married to someone that was busy loving someone else for 5 yrs of my marriage then 2yrs earlier and 4 yrs in between all affair partners without having any regrets or apology. Never had accountability and was all blame on me. I prayed for change or removal and he removed him. Died of Covid-19 and was still in an affair for 2 yrs or more unbeknownst to be. God knew what I needed.
The left can't aim, can't meme, can't riot... Imagine the right as unhinged as the left is. And the majority of the left is good people. Their elected officials, not so much
I entered my 8th decade and bought my first records in London in the same year(1960) that The Beatles performed for 6 hours a night in Germany for 5 months solid to perfect their Art. If you felt, understandably," teary-eyed " now just wait for 10 more years then 20 more tears then 30 more years. I visited my Mum and Dad's grave today. My Dad died in 1971 and My Angel of a Mum in 1996 and after 53 years and 29 years, respectively,I still miss them. I miss my best mate who died 10 years ago,, who I socialized with over 3,000 times when I was younger. Two of the other 3 players in my Sports team from The 1980s have recently died and all the places I went to when young have either gone or changed. Life MUST go on though and I still feel great...:)
Happy to hear you teared up. That's exactly what THE BEATLES could do to 'feelings'. I enjoy seeing you love these tunes just like we did so many years ago. ENJOY IT.
The dixiecrat party is still very, very much alive. Lyndon B. Johnson is once believed to have said "if I pass this I'll have those N- voting democrats for 200 years" talking about the civil rights act. I'm a proud Texan but that man was a racist for sure. Hillary Clinton, Joe Biden, and even the man himself Bill Clinton (who went on Arsenio Hall to prove he was cool with black people by playing jazz) all were very, very close friends with a man named Robert Byrd a card carrying member of the KKK. Joe Biden even gave his eulogy at his funeral if that gives you any indication that the Dixiecrats are still very, very much alive and use every resource necessary to keep the democrat party marching towards enslavement. Welfare enslavement is very much a real thing in poor rural and inner city areas. The democrat party absolutely pushes it hard. Kamala Harris, our current (appointed not even voted for) democratic nominee (we all know its coming) once withheld exonerating evidence to keep a black man in jail so it wouldn't tarnish her record. She also prosecuted mainly black men for marijuana. She's got a really fucked up history. Now don't get it twisted, Republicans are not perfect by any stretch of the imagination but they at least focus on somewhat relevant issues to the every day citizen in America. I'm an old school liberal (Government keeps out of my business, I want to own guns, I should be able to speak freely, and I'm moderate on many issues considered taboo by republicans) and I absolutely had to start thinking for myself once I learned what the democratic party was up to. British politics are I'm sure messy but we're on a whole other level of wild.
Hi Princess! YES, In My Life is truly one of The Beatles most beautiful and touching songs. I got teary eyed watching you get teary eyed. Loved your reaction, and I'm sure John was loving every minute of your reaction to his song. The Beatles are the greatest! And so are you.😊
Stan acts more like the father in the family, and I’m surprised that Cartman won the fight. Randy is trying to teach Stan how to be a man, but I think Stan should be teaching him.
We’ve been “prophesizing” the Trump assassination(attempt) for a lot longer than 3 months. We’ve been saying they’ll try to kill him ever since he was indicted at the very least.
If the right rioted they would be jailed just like the Jan 6 people are. The right knows if they riot the justice system is biased against them. The left gets to violently riot with impunity. We need Trump back to change the system that allows the left to violently riot for over 6 months in 2020 and had Joe Biden drop all charges against them when he took over yet Jan 6 was 1 day and most the people were peaceful yet those peaceful people got 20 years in federal prison because the US justice system is biased against Trump and anyone supporting him.
@@Itsprincesss I do. I have read the whole Bible and it didn't say not to smoke weed. Plus I don't take anything from big pharma because everything they have is dangerous.
BTW, the short guy in the front of the picture wrote it, and the tall frizzy haired guy behind him sang it. Paul Simon is one of the greatest songwriters ever. Try out another one of their best known songs, the amazing Scarborough Fair/Canticle. It is also incredible.
If you ever saw the audience at a Beatles concert in the 60's, you would literally see thousands of young ladies in tears, sobbing, even fainting. Although it was usually accompanied by even more screaming as loudly as possible. So, you have joined the global club of people who were moved one way or another by the Fab Four. Well done.
Don't worry about teary eyes. There's not many songs from my past that don't make my choke up. Mainly for things and people who I've lost, and at my age there have been too many.
I hope somewhere 'down the line' you get to hear Judy Collins' superbly evocative cover of this song. A good friend had that version sung during her wedding. -- it was difficult not to 'mist up' hearing it in that setting. P.S., Collins' cover of Leonard Cohen's "Suzanne" is another hauntingly beautiful track.
This live recording differs from the released record. On the released record Paul McCartney adds a lot more rich, emotional, vocals during the long ending building to the climax of this extraordinary track. And of course Hey Jude was John’s son, Julian Lennon. When John left his first wife Cynthia for Yoko Paul wrote the song attempting to help Julian sympathetically come to terms with the break-up and accept the his dad’s new partner.
