Let’s cook this delicious Filipino spicy 🌶️ prawns sinigang for dinner! Ingredients 500g King Prawns 1 tbsp vegetable oil 2 garlic (chopped) 1 red onion ( julienned) 2 slices of ginger 2-3 tomatoes 1 tbsp tomato paste 1L water / veggy stock 2 bunches pak-choi 250g sliced eggplant 10pcs okra Mama Sita’s Hot Sinigang Mix 250g spinach 1 tbsp fish sauce Salt and pepper to taste Method 1. In one pot sauté garlic, ginger and red onion. 2. Add tomatoes and tomato paste. 3. Pour the water / vegetable stock and 1 tbsp fish sauce. 4. Bring to a boil then add the eggplant and okra 5. When the vegetables are almost cook add the prawns, pak-choi and spinach. 6. Add Mama Sita’s hot Sinigang mix. 7. Season with salt and pepper. 8. Stir and let it simmer for 6-8 minutes. 9.
