condensors iris should allways be centered to the objectivs optical-axis and left there. So you should center the lightsource-iris after centering the light-source to the lightfield-iris. Koehler was wrong!!!!!

I am facing difficulties in dispensing the 10ul matrigel. It solidifies so quickly. Although I am taking care and keep it on ice all the material I am using.
