Juste beaucoup trop fort le mec refait le boss le plus des souls en no hit rl1 juste pour le fun, je viens de le battre a l'instant en ng+7 en me rendant compte quil fallait priorisé la dodge plutôt que la parry 😅😅
I don’t feel as bad struggling with this boss when no-hit creators are calling his moves bullshit. The combos are so long with such short pauses in between that it’s hard af to heal in this fight without being punished so a no-hit strategy is kinda the only way to go
The only fight that I haven't enjoyed throughout the entire DLC. Really unfortunate that it's the last boss and such a cool one and they really scuffed it. Not fun at all to learn the 2nd phase. I beat him on my 95th attempt but I still don't know how to dodge any of his duplicate attacks where he hits the ground like 5x. I've tried running to the right, left, back, dodge forward. Nothing works, especially the running which everyone who does this says to do. Do you need to have light weight? because he just tracks me and beats me into the ground like hes playing fuckin whack a mole.
Believe it or not I had a easier time no hitting this cat without parrys. I just could not get them consistently in phase 2 for some reason so just used rolls and backstep talisman for the 2 hit into cross slash.
I don't know if I'm just messing it up, but it doesn't seem possible to outrun the meteors and the slashes after. I think maybe it's because I'm medium armor?
Actually really enjoy this fight, even the second phase. Once I realized it was the first phase but with aoes, and staying close to him was the better option, it got a lot easier. My hardest fight of the dlc was honestly the death ride bird lmao
I tried sprinting back after he throws the meteors at you aswell, i saw ongbal do that too, but for some reason my character often gets clipped by one of the holograms, im not sure if needs a very specific direction/angle of running or what...
I try to no hit phase one but phase two I kinda just say fuck it and roll what I know and try to out poise what I don’t with flame spear on the fire knights greatsword. I get 4300 ish damage per hit but I’ve yet to win that war of attrition
I think this might be the one boss in the dlc I just honestly dislike. Like, yeah, he's kinda cool, but there's just too much ??? going on. The first phase is fine, except for the cross slash move, which I've only ever managed to dodge completely like once or twice, but the light pillars really ruin the second phas, imo. They are already annoying as you need to dodge like twice the attacks (although I found that most of them miss if you simply strafe and are as close to him as possible), but they also just cover the entire screen, to the point that I have genuinely no idea what he's doing like 40% of the time, when the pillars are on screen. I eventually just gave up and took Moore's shield, the Sekiro tear and Guts's sword and played Sekiro, but with heavy guard counters. It killed him eventually, but it didn't feel nearly as good as beating a boss by rolling, so I might have to learn how to do it in NG+ or something
I don't understand how nobody at Fromsoft said "hey, isn't the white hair and blinding white lights kind of too much visual clutter?". Does play testing just not exist there like their lack of technical talent?
I hate you, I hate you because I struggle with this boss… and the fact that you no hit this boss you make me feel like the inferior gamer. SCREW YOU FOR TRIGGERING MY INSECURITIES. LMAO jk good stuff man you’re insane. I honestly don’t think I’ll have the patience to try this but I’m basically just trying every strat in the book to try to beat this boss. This boss is bs😂😂😂
My strategy for his second phase was Scarlett Aonia and a shield for the nuke becausei got sickof being caught in an animation for too long that made the nuke unavoidable. I only attacked on specific moves and let rot do most of the work.
This is sick, congrats! Gotta say this whole DLC feels like a joke, the natural way to dodge a boss should never be "walk towards him" like you did with the AOW phase where he flies and pokes multiple times at you. Anyway, GGs!
Why not though? If an opponent is using a spear which is most dangerous at the tip of the spear it seems natural to try and get as close as possible. There are usually multiple ways to dodge each attack so it’s always a good idea to get creative and experiment.
Radahn second phase looks like that the king of fighters bosses fight made in mugen that everything connects and over the top magic and particles that is supposed to look cool but just become annoying. If the boss fight was just the first phase with more HP and the grab attack (maybe the meteor) it would be the best boss fight From made, but they decide to go full mugen, attach AoE in every attack and give him inifinity stamina.
Great job! I was so certain you'd get hit at 1:25 but god bless i-frames and positioning. I find it a little funny how you can nudge him around when you break his guard through parries.
For me I just did what ongball did it work everytime as when he send after you the meteorite just run to back then right or left then jump as it going to hit you.
My Scadutree is +16 and it feels like the only damage I’m able to do is via bleed procs practically rendering any build I came into this DLC with useless and my battle mage build is way too slow, even moonlight greatsword power hits would be too slow for this
