Haha!! I LOVE this workout. After the reformer, the magic circle is my favorite piece of equipment. I don't own 2 lb. weights, so I had to use 3 lb. weights -- killer on the 100! Please do more of these. 💙 Keep it Blue. ✨✨
This was incredible. So creative. I am glad I have already done your 7-day core series several times so I'm familiar with how much I love glider workouts. But as usual, this being barre, the intensity was kicked up a few notches!
