Hello there!
This is the React channel for the Kizuna Kip brand! Any sort of react content will be uploaded here as well as citing what the original source material is should you be so inclined as to check it out.
I am a chaotic content creator that enjoys gaming and philosophy. I am LGBTQIA+ friendly and am always unapologetically myself. I'm not opposed to having hard or tough conversations and while I like to game and offer commentary and discussions, I will use my platform as I can to help bring serious issues to light and do what I can to help.
Please enjoy your stay and I hope you're having a wonderful day!

"Words have power and actions have weight, do what you can each and every day."

I did work for Wendy's/Arrby's as a contractor and they flat told me rather than figuring out where to put a store they would open the phone book and look up McDonalds and put a store next door because McDonalds already did the research.

I would’ve felt different if she had just asked the woman to jump in, since she wouldn’t have known. Instead, she spent ALL THAT TIME lying and convincing her, despite her being told by the woman that she couldn’t swim, when the streamer could’ve just stopped and left. I’m NEVER hoping that she EVER actually kills anyone, but I am hoping that something truly serious happens to make her snap out of her wild delusions. Lastly, THE FACT THAT SHE LEFT because she was TOLD TO, not out of embarrassment or anything like that, just makes it EVEN WORSE, in my opinion.

Speaking on the whole MDK thing, is it disrespectful to those of us who did serve? In my opinion, yes. Is it a scam? Depends on what they're advertising it will do. If they're just selling the "boot camp/special forces training" experience, then no. If they're claiming it will make you "just like a servicemember" then yes, it's a scam. There's no law being broken by disrespecting veterans or even stolen valor.

I'm surprised in the list of people that he mentioned wendigoon was either friends with or had interacted with he didn't mention the lore lodge as they've literally made a video together and have met in person, and I'm pretty sure are friends to some degree although I could be miss remembering also with the whole bow, you did such and such when you were a teenager, so you're still a horrible person thing has literally happened to Arin of game grumps Where he had an opinion on something, another creator made, he voiced his opinion and people tried to witch hunt him for it and said that he can't have an opinion on it because he made the exact same type of content when he was still a teenager like, what kind of logic do these people have

Just be sure that whole three racking thing you say in every gun video doesn't become ritualistic because that is the slippery slope to unwitting complacency and complacency is how that guy that had been handling firearms without incident for 60 years suddenly found himself down one hand. Complacency is a slow and insidious destructive force.

How is every single bit of Jaiden's story 100% relatable? Like, I too was a good student, and yet, when college started to rear its ugly head, suddenly my entire life took a downward spiral. I will probably never be on medication because "Therapy should be good enough to not get our child to be on drugs for the rest of *his* life and be a zombie" (another thing too, I absolutely hate he/him pronouns on me with a passion but I will not do anything against my parents so there's that), so I will probably never relate to that. Or could I? Since I am an adult, I could just simply ask for the correct medication from a doctor. Hmm, maybe something for me to consider. Then again, maybe medication is just something I do not actually need. I do not know, but I would not mind having it in my back pocket in case a day gets really, stupidly bad. I plan on being the first ever RU-vidr who is not a college dropout who got semi-famous across the internet for creative, and personal qualifications before ending up in a job that I am just trying to squeeze every penny out of until I inevitably have to bounce around from job to job just so that I can continue the cycle of squeezing out enough money to jumpstart my own creative business before growing that business, expanding it, and single-handedly creating a titan that can rival major corporations like Disney and Nintendo which would probably end up becoming old zombies lets be real before I soundly put them in their graves. Then promptly chucking out every single finished product into the public domain and then retiring, hopefully, at age 50 or so. Honestly, yeah. If I could go on Nerd Rants, I would, and I would for hours on end and I would be 1000% happy doing so. I could just talk everyone's ears off about every single one of my special interests and I have no one to talk to in my life about them because everyone else either just really, badly doesn't get what I'm saying or have no interest in what I have to say. Either way, they also cannot be bothered to sit down and listen out of interest, respect, and time. People in my life just do not care or do not understand and cannot be bothered to understand or care, and that's entirely fair, my interests are honestly very far out from mainstream interests and my perspectives can be seen as a bit schizophrenic, but I can adapt and become more lucid and calmed down as the conversation progresses and the other person is eager and respectful enough to listen. I just need to be given a chance with things, you know? I'm honestly feeling better now that I have typed this comment out, but in situations where I'm feeling like complete and utter shit, I can say stuff that, looking back, makes no sense to me and seem far too unhinged and angry for me to agree with. Like I was just tipped over the edge with some things for no good reason. I am not from your generation nor Jaiden, I was like a 10-year-old kid when Jaiden first made her first animation storytimes, and yet, whenever I hear people like her talk, put music on, or really do anything from their generation, I vibe hard with it. My parents exposed me to a lot of old media, and now I wish I could've gone older and seen a lot of the vintage, retro stuff. You know, really grow up with things. But hey, at least as long as media preservation and online accessibility are a thing, I should be a-ok, and anyway, people can always tell other people things and then make things based off of the older stuff, the old stuff isn't going away anytime soon. I'm even playing Paper Mario: The Thousand-Year Door Remake on the Nintendo Switch right now as I am typing this comment out (I LOVE THE STYLISH MOVES AND EVERYTHING ABOUT THE COMBAT SYSTEM, DEAR GOD WHY DID INTELLIGENT SYSTEMS SWITCH IT UP?!). Honestly, the thing that I am most scared of Medication for would be like it is one of those cartoons where a character completely forgets who they are and are manipulated by the bad guys into fighting the heroes or something like that. Like, medication would just Partygoer or do some kind of SCP kind of thing to me, and come to find out no? Medication does not drastically change your whole sense of self in a snap? This is just wild to me, like I have watched horrifying horror clips of shows like Doctor Who, and Star Trek, and just things that would make people be afraid. Evil space aliens from out of space that just infect your mind, lay eggs within you, or whatever. However, come to find out, you do not go from having a serious, no-nonsense personality to constantly thinking about sex and being a bimbo for the rest of your life in a flash and I just. That does not happen? HOW?! How does THAT make any sense? On the one hand, I am grateful that reality and nature are a lot more merciful than I have given them credit for, but on the other hand, then all that happens with medication is that you receive pieces of things into your system that just do their job within your body? Like that's what medication is? Why didn't anybody tell me this?!

Hey, Eli is a fantastic guy, and he has a very complex past. He had a very unique experience in the military in that he was in during the War in Iraq and his unit was constantly at the very front of the push. During that time modern close quarters combat was really just being developed and though he was 11b infantry, a lot of the operations of his unit were closer to that of SOF units than that of general infantry. He was in roughly 60 firefights in his first 90 days in theater. He tells a couple of stories in the podcast, including the one time he thought he was genuinely about to die during one of the episodes with Nikko Ortiz. I do recommend you checking out "Eli's war experience with The Fat Electrician" by the Unsubscribe Highlights channel, it shines a light on some of the things he dealt with during his service. To go what he went through and come out being the person he is, he is a really a special kind of person. I really suggest checking that one clip out though.

How is this not enough examples of 'reckless endangerment' to send them to a prison until they're starting to get grey hairs? It's 1-10 per charge depending on where you live, what the circumstances were, and how the judge feels. I'm guessing an internet idiot doing it over and over means more than 1 year per.

Obviously the old woman chose to jump in, but she was also told by the streamer that she wouldn't be alone, they'd jump in together, etc. So she probably factored that into her decision, thinking it'd probably be safe if this young and presumably in-shape girl was swimming with her. She even says she can float, but not swim, as well. This streamer acted with what I think is pretty indisputably "reckless disregard for human life" by goading a woman who said she couldn't swim into swimming, lying to her that she would go in with her, and then abandoning her in the water. In most jurisdictions, that would be a manslaughter charge, as best as I can tell (not a lawyer). One quibble is that usually manslaughter charges require them to be occurring during the course of some other illegal action, but there is a concept of just plain "criminal negligence" which generally applies to anyone who "acts in disregard of a serious risk of harm that a reasonable person in the same situation would have perceived". This overlaps with criminal recklessness in some jurisdictions, so your mileage may vary with that, but yeah I think there's a real chance this old lady and her family sue the streamer in civil court for the various civil equivalents of these crimes.

I would never voluntarily subject myself to CS gas again. One time in Germany, we had a gas chamber about 250 meters from our motor pool. One day we were doing vehicle maintenance and started to feel that itchy throat and eyes. Another unit was using the gas chamber and left the door open. The CS gas drifted over the motor pool.

A kidnapping children "prank"!?!?! MA'AM! There are MANY men like me who would immediately interject without considering restraint. We would see rescuing a child from abduction so paramount that what happens to you is not going to enter our minds until after the threat is neutralized. There are many people who will kill you, intentionally (depending what part of the world they wont face consequences), even after they *know* it was a prank, because that is a line too far to mess with something as precious as a child. Frankly, if you try to kidnap a child "as a prank", I will *never* believe you that it was a prank. I am going to believe "it's just a prank" is your exit strategy for your failed attempts at actual kidnapping.

There's many people and creators who I suspect are neurodivergent. I just don't talk about it or point it out. All that matters is the individual in question and what they do and learn about themselves. Besides, you can tell someone they're neurodivergent all day. Until they hit a point in their life and take in certain information, they won't believe you

Fun fact I've learned by following an ex con who talks in length about his experience, and the environment a lot of prisons have, and he's said a multitude of times that in prisons if you mess with children, elderly, women, or disabled people and they know about it you are immediately on the hit list of a lot of people, and if you don't show your paper work they will automatically assume you're a chomo, or have some kind of funny charges on that sheet that you don't want someone knowing about. A good example of this that I highly recommend (for adults of course) is the story of katy's revenge where a man did things to young girl, went to jail, and her cousin who was in jail for battery TATTOOED HER KATY'S REVENGE ON HIS FACE, and the C.O's didn't even try to stop him.

"Schools" like this have been around since at least the 70's. The determining factor in all of these schools is, "What do they ultimately teach you?" Some of these schools are excellent, led by absolutely professional prior service veterans, and frequently combat veterans...and then, you get people like the azzclown they're talking about, who was apparently so bu**hurt over getting yelled at in boot camp, he now wants to inflict what he thinks he went through on idiots too dumb to realize that they're being scammed. Now -- Having said the above, people need to remember that, whatever school you go to, no matter how good they might be, completing their course does not make you a veteran. We will spot you a mile away.

There is a difference between plagiarism and generic copyright violation, using 7 seconds of an actual song to acompany some clip or even playing the entire song as some sort of music video and using 7 seconds of that chord progression or even slightly altering the song but mostly using the same chords in the same sequence in your own song are two similar yet very different things. You still shouldn't use the whole 7 seconds thing as a metric but generally using less than 7 seconds of the actual music falls under "sampling" which has generally been upheld in court to be not an infringement of copyright, that is where the 7 seconds thing comes from. Context always matters for copyright at least as far as the courts are concerned. The reason Metalica won is because the bad they sued ripped their chord progression directly and they were able to prove that that particular progression was their unique progression. If you use that snipit of their song in some video clip it will be completely fine because that is entirely different context. It is all complicated and a general "Just don't use music if you are afraid of the RU-vid copyright strike/DMCA boogeyman" is a safe stance. Keep in mind a DMCA and a copyright strike are not the same thing, though a strike usually accompanies an upheld DMCA.

In certain conversations, yes. If I'm talking about diabetes or medications, and that's something you've worked in and around, you have more sway in the conversation. Sometimes you don't know what to expect out of people, but she is clearly a despicable person, kidnapping is not a joke, almost drowning a random person is not a joke and yet they treat it as one. Kip mentioned how do you deal with this people and really the only way is removing their method of expression, only when the actual companies, youtube, twitch and such cancel their accounts and does not allow them back will other learn that this kind of behavior is not ok. But until then as you also mentioned, the internet is quick to anger but also quick to forget, it will pass and a new controversy will take it's place
