Hi i love the concept of what you did, i do have a question using the Canvas doe they act like acoustic panels, would you recommend me doing the same i have been looking to add some acoustic panels to my home theater? I would love yo know you experience with using Canvas

I'm installing this garage door opener without the wall mount controller because I have to hide the remotes due to the fact that we have a family member with dementia and he likes to take walks at any given time of the day and night... I also put deadbolt locks on all doors and door sensors...!!!! It's hard to watch a dementia patient 24 hrs of the day

That corrugated pipe will collect debts over time and start to break down. You've inspired me to build something similar. Thank you. Pink energy was mismanaged and horrible. No wonder they went out of business. Having trouble with our batteries charging. Waiting for generac to have a different company covering warranty to come and fix it.
Ive had Generac for three years and for three years my system has not functioned properly. I am still waiting for Generac to fix it. 100 grand for solar and I am still paying full size electric bills. Ill never buy Generac ever again. I am always down 7 of 32 panels.
A year later on mine is still going great - I need to check the over torque setting because a few days ago when the bottom edge had frozen to the floor it took a lot of strain before the drive tripped off on overload - also, I needed to extend the antenna because my wife's car range dropped to where the bumper was almost touching the door - it had an abundance of range with the old door opener and my car had no range degradation - both Fords and we still don't understand why only one vehicle was problematic.
The lid probably comes with the tub.If it is ground rated PT, the wood shouldn't rot. Though the support under the lid should have all sharps edges beveled to prevent the liner abrasion over time. He did a good job on this.
Generac is just as bad as pink energy was. I have had to wait 6 months for a repair and now they have taken away prwview web access so we can't monitor our own system. was told on the phone to just use the phone app which doesn't show all the information needed to make sure the system is working properly. my system hasn't worked properly from day 1. I regret ever having put solar on my home. im not saving any money because it doesn't work. I need to know how to force them to fix the system properly.
I'm in the process of buiding a 5.1.2 Dolby Atmos system, I have a Klipsch R-120SWi Wireless Subwoofer, Klipsch R-41M Bookshelf Home Speakers, Klipsch RC42IIBL Center Speaker, and old Pioneer Height speakers and Sony rears with a Pioneer VSX935 7.2 Channel Network AV Receiver. Vewing on a TCL 65" QLED 4k tv. My center channel speaker comes in tomorrow so I'm excited!
Every seller video always uses the "we warranty everything for 25 years" but they don't tell you there is no guarantee they will even be around 5 years from now.

Just to clarify, Generac SnapRS may not be required on all installations, depends on your location and NEC70 Code adoption, ie 2014-2017-220-2023. I agree with your frustration, as I’m a trained Generac CE Service and Installation Technician. I don’t place blame with any Company, my job is to make units perform as expected, and insure customer satisfaction. Whatever it takes, period. No excuses.
Thank you for the comment. Since getting all of my snaps replaced with the new ones, the system is working as expected. Generac had another company work on my panels after Pink went out of business and honored thier warranty.

@Terry Sessions sorry to hear. They sent a third party to fix my system in October. Been working as it should ever since. The company they sent was Nova Source Power.
Do you happen to know if Chamberlain garage Doors have built in laser parking assist? I tried contacting their product service department, however, their agents are unaware of what features their products offer.
