I am trying to get my brain more brilliant and more useful for accomplishing tasks. Michele apparently just said what she said without the use of a teleprompter. It demonstrated a magnificent brain ability. It was wonderful. I am going to get CoQ10 immediately and watch to see how it affects me.
Near the end you had mentioned shallow breathing. What do you mean by that. My pops is always out of breathe when he barely does anything...But he's still at CKD stage 3A. Is out of breathe different then shallow breathing?
I have white coat and now I find it hard to take it at home. How do I keep the 90 on the bottom down. It fluctuates from the 80,s-90’s What do you think about Beet Capsules? I’ve lost 13 lbs and doing low sodium.
@PlantBasrdKidneyHealth ❤I really appreciate all your video’s. You have so much wisdom and I’m enjoying learning and educating myself. I have a spill of protein but dr said not to concerning. Can you tell me how to help myself.
I've recently started researching kidney problems and keep hearing how bad the oxalates that's in fruits and vegetables are terrible for us. How do you get around that eating only them?
So man made medicine is better than God made medicine 😂😂😂 You don't know enough about supplements because if we used them it would help more...and doctors wouldn't be able to live the luxurious life.
My creatinine levels were high and my egfr was low. I was told to drink, drink drink water. I have managed to bring the egfr from 27 to 38 just by upping my fluid content. I thought I was drinking enough but evidently not enough! I also eat a more plant based diet.
My creatinine was high because I was taking creatine for a month. I stoped it as my left kidney was in pain and egfr came to 58. Now, K will order cystatin C to really evaluate my kidneys.
Great video, but one thing I have a comment on...Yes, you cannot grow back nephrons and repair scarred kidneys. However, people can absolutely increase there kidney function and.by a high number as well. So I'm not sure why he said, "Once that GFR is gone it's not coming back."
Just look at your CO2. If it is too high, lower sodium bicarbonate, so CO2 goes to around 22mg/dl. If it goes to 15, then increase sodium bicarbonate. As simple as that.
Hi I have a suggestion why dont you put some kind of a a written explanation or speak a little slower--Plz step back and listen to how you kept jumping from this seed to another seed-- this amount and that amount--How about making that list so people can write it down. As you speak quite quickly,
Dr.sean Hashmi & Michele thank you so much for your simple & fatastic explanation that no doctors have ever been explained in full details. I am from Burma from the far south-east asian country watching ur channel.
I dont think caffeinated coffe is a good idea as it raise blood pressure witch is an enemy pf the kidneys. I started drinking decaffeinated coffe and reduced alcohol intake, now blood pressure is stable and in good range.
I’m taking plant based diet. How much plant based protein, iron & vitamin c we should intake in ckd pregnancy ? And how much renal function drops after delivery?
You definitely want to be working with a specialized renal dietitian for individualized CKD pregnancy recommendations. Michele has some resources for finding a renal dietitian on her website: plantbasedkidneys.com/resources/#dietitian
Take Away - Plant Protien, less in quantity, but better benefits & nutrients and most important as mentioned before in other presentations, plant based protein especially SOY, produces less waste material. As a results less pressure and stress on the Kindeys.
