The video is useless. The modified splits you shared consider a week as 7 calendar days. However, Saket, NotSoFit, and others think of a week not in terms of calendar days but focus on one muscle group. For example, if you train your chest on Monday, you train it again on Friday, so technically, you hit your chest twice a week. They don't include any rest days, so all muscles are targeted every 4 days, which is beneficial for all fitness enthusiasts.
Let me give you a big credit for... You know, I think, according to me, you were the one who actually, like, created the blog. You may say that, like, creators like Saket Gokhake and others, like, started the vlogging culture, but according to me You were the one who first came in RU-vid and said that. Okay, so, everyone's saying, like, how to get six packs , how to get, 17inch arms How to get this information, how to get this , that, but Nobody shows the process. And you came with your Milkha Singh transformation and... Showed us the process, the journey, along with a bit of real life. So, according to me, you are the one who started the culture of vlogging. I get it now, you don't want to, like, show all of your personal life and... Like, not that type of content, but... Don't you think that the informative content is also too much old-class for your style? And I think, even if you are taking time, you should lean a bit, because... Because the same video you made in 2023... And the exact same, actually. Your video topics are also not, like, changing, but... Anyway, like, I get it you are taking time, but at least, I think, now, it's your time to re-innovate.
Bro what's your current workout split ?? Considering if it's full body then don't you think all of the exercises that you have mentioned are too much all together??

Perhaps it is the angles. Because as per measurements my arms were 16.5 in April. Now it is 17. And I am not boxing anymore. But I play football 1-2x a week.

@@YashSharmaFitness unfortunately no. I'm not new to lifting. And I always keep myself up to date with new research. though I have my own philosophy on training which doesn't always necessarily align with the most optimum way but more complex than the absolute basics.
