I always talk about money and how to make more. Without money, life is not good. I also agree that nothing will ever happen unless I make the first move.

Calories from sugar are way easier to eat, protein makes you more full for less calories drinking calories is even easier, just look at all the soda If you just eat 2000 calories of pure sugar you wont gain weight (if you burn 2000 calories). Burning of protein vs sugar is such a minute thing it doesnt matter
Bro, doubling a miniscule energy expenditure does not offset calories. Not to mention the "easier to digest" stuff is calorie denser anyway so unless you want to have lava for shit, you'll eat your carbs.

I supervised/managed police officers using this model. I got great performance from them. They kept me out of trouble and made it easy to be their boss.

From my experience, you're the one to blame, not the other party, because, like it or not, you've been teaching them how to treat you based on what you accept and what you don't. Boundaries are crucial for your mental health and well-being. If you don't draw them, they will step on you despite how kind or supportive you have been. Human beings unconsciously don't like weak people (too much kindness is weakness, don't be a people pleaser), and if they see or sense weakness, they will step on you. Solution? ALWAYS PUT YOURSELF FIRST NO MATTER WHAT, AND NEVER EVER LOVE SOMEONE MORE THAN YOU LOVE YOURSELF. I wish I knew this a couple of years ago. I went through the deepest, most dangerous depression I've ever experienced. Please don't repeat my mistake, be save.

This is a joke. Maybe this works in governmental organizations or in certain circles but in the real world with diverse people, crazy folks, and fluctuating opinions and standards this stuff doesn’t work - at all.
