I’ve been doing cold showers/cold plungers + breathing for a while now and ZERO energy improvement??? I fall asleep behind the wheel cause I’m so exhausted!!!!

You may want to invest in a sleep study to make sure you don’t have some form of narcolepsy or chronic fatigue syndrome.

@@PrincePeach777I wear a fit bit watch and my sleep scores are fine….i thought the WIN HOF method increases energy??????

@@frankdigiovanni3666 it does. But if you have a sleep disorder. There are some things that need more help than that. My best friend needs medication because her body doesn’t produce the chemical that tells you that you’ve had enough sleep. So she can sleep all day and wake up feeling just as tired as before. Some things. Breathing helps. Other things are genetically beyond our control

@@frankdigiovanni3666 that’s not how science works. Just because one thing doesn’t work for a small sample size of people doesn’t mean it doesn’t work. That’s why clinical trials never say 100 out of 100 people reported benefits. It’s always a number like 50%-80%

Falling asleep at the wheel sounds like something more seriously wrong with you, that I don't imagine this would help. I have been doing this method for about 2 months now, and it has replaced caffeine (are you super addicted/tolerant to caffeine?), and taking away most of my anxiety and depression. This stuff literally saved my life. Also, the fitbit is not an accurate enough replacement for a sleep study.
