Great video and I am about to do the same thing. After researching this is the route I am going but I wish mevotech made upper and lower ttx control arms to go with the tie rod ends. How do you like everything after 6 months?
@@spencersgarage yeah I checked them but couldn’t really tell if they were bad. I’ll likely replace to see if that’s the issue. I have a hatchback, but doesn’t seem to be coming from hatch or rear windows so gaskets will be my first process of elimination. Thanks!
Very nice look. I have a 2004 2500. Thinking about adding this. Have you checked to make sure the crank to the spare tire you can still access it? On your video it looks like you can still maneuver around it to get the spare tire down if needed. Thanks for sharing your video.
I had an AFE supposed cold air filter, I went trrough many 1,000,000 mile filters and pre filters, then when I couldn't climb a grade towing my boat I went back to stock and threw the cols air BS away
Quick fyi for anyone struggling to break their crank bolt loose I just figured out that if you put your car in 5th and place a screwdriver inside rotor to lock the wheel, you can break the crank bolt loose with a breaker bar and a long enough extension :)
Same. I don’t know man. One time I took my truck in for an alignment and the shift knob was crooked after that, maybe the guy man handled it or something, idk…Had to do this procedure again.
i used a helicoil on mine but when i screwed the botl in it was still shifting and idk if i should just gun it and tighten it or if i need to try and fix it further.

Those marks are from the plastic Shield that covers the top portion of the shock for when the suspension compresses that plastic piece is constantly rubbing on the shock body wearing away the paint
@@spencersgarage That means I have to get a tune if I run 66mm throttle body? My intake manifold gasket went out on me so I was like I’ll just a skunk 2 one. I don’t want to Hondata and tune I’m on budget. But if I have too I will.
