As someone who lives in a RHD market I just hope this simplifies the design enough that it makes it more feasible for manufacturers to produce RHD vehicles. There are so many vehicles we don't get simply from it being too expensive to produce a RHD version when the RHD market is smaller.

It's nice that Hyundai is satisfying the ICEV buyers, but as long as it still has the smoothest, maximizing acceleration modes that only an EV can provide without the sound/rev "placebos" I'll be okay with it. When I take a car on the track, I'd rather hear the real tire noise and thus their grip while in corners rather than some fake engine/exhaust sounds.
That cannot be legal. If the steering system fails there should always be an alternative way to control the vehicle. Electrical and power steering is always supplemental, not the main system on road vehicles. So that if the assistance system were to fail, you’d still have the mechanical system to rely on
