I stopped watching youtube and consuming social media content since a good amount of time now. I would say that I'm far more stable and calm than before. I agree with your ideas, consumming will not resolve anything in your life, it's an very Epicurian's world where we leave today. The opposite of Mihamoto and Stoic philosophy 🤣 2000 years later we continue to make the same mistakes... It's true that the world turns bad, when I go to the beach I only see man and women sick due to the food or simply the lifestyle of working 10/5. I feel like although this might be right in certain scenarios, things are often not black and white, and decisions have pros and cons that could make you feel regret no matter what you do. I say take your time on big decisions, it's okay to not be able to choose the right thing after asking just one question. Props to you if you can do that.
She said she needed space and got with another dude, already saw it coming but still got attached, my first heartbreak ever. I'm not at her but we learn from mistakes and move on. And no, I won't take her back but I hope the best for her. What I took from it was that while I was with her I lost my purpose, never again.

This is a great point! Shifting the focus from "what can I get" to "what value can I provide" is powerful. In my experience, it opened doors I wouldn't have seen otherwise. However, I'm curious about how to handle situations where it's hard to showcase your value upfront. For instance, if you're a recent graduate with limited experience, how can you convince a potential employer you're valuable without a proven track record?
This is nothing to do with the video but I want to let everyone know that we all sin and have disobeyed God. We have all lied, cussed, stolen, etc. which separates us from God and he will judge everyone according to their deeds. But the Good News is that He sent His Son Jesus Christ to die for our sins and he raised from the dead on the third day. Jesus is perfect and sinless and he loves us so much that he became a substitute to take the place of punishment for our rebellion. Our sins can be forgiven and we can be reconciled to God and have a relationship with him. You just have to receive him, and salvation will be yours. Jesus Christ is the only way to Heaven. Loved the video, so helpful for the ones need. The video really hold its value in a physiological perspective but lets mix physiological stuffs with a little bit of science, to make the vids content more perceiveful. Fear is what you call a lack of experience in a certain something and as usual when your brain do something new, its only normal for ur brain to feel fear as it is not sure it can complete the task, or may lose everything, or its maybe going in the wrong way. Reassure your brain that you actually prepared for it, There are certain ways to make it reassure so, You can remember you about that its so simple, everyone can do it, the success rate is high or so basically just do a positive self talk and tell urself why you can't do it and answer that you can do it, but maybe if it don't workout, you can have others to give you validations for you, sounds weird but your brain believes more to what other person says, ur subconscious mind is always hearing and seeing things to prove its point and beliefs and also to change the beliefs overtime based on the validations from others, that's how it works, its time for the best technique which is also based on the video, the best technique is actually to do the task, the more experience you gain the more confident you become about that certain thing, Suppose you did sky diving 10 times and gained pretty much experience, now the next time you do it, ur subconscious mind look back to the moments in its memory, how you did it, as it see that you actually have done it. Although you failed to explain the sentence "perceived as valuable", i assume by this you mean to act as a high value man otherwise it wouldn't make any sense. Suppose you spent ur 50 years of life doing a certain invention, After you did, you became the holder of High value man, but if you don't show it to the world ur glory. You will never be able to convey ur value.
