My grandma did put slices of bacon and a small amount of onion in broad beans, in corn and beans, and in turnip greens. I love bacon grease to make fried eggs more than anything !!! I have a friend whose father says he needs bacon grease to digest his food! That does make me queasy!
Hi Tammy.... it's been a while since I've been here, but am noticing that you seem to have lost some weight (looking great by the way!). Can you give us any insight on what you are doing to lose your weight? Many of us need some help. TIA
Oh my, looks absolutely delicious sweet girl!! I love watching you make a layer cake, you make it look so easy!! I have made a hot mess out of layer cakes😂 so I always do sheet cakes 🤦🏻♀️I'm gonna try this one & see how I do with all of your tips 😉 love ya❤
Ms. Tammy, not only are you one of the hardest working, most excellent cook and teacher, but, you're so pretty inside and out. I love y'all so much. God bless you and your lovely family! 🙏
Tammy when I first began cooking, all I had to mix cakes and icing was a crank type beater. I LOVE my mixers! This cakes looks wonderful thank you for the recipe and the video.
I just finished making the Texas Sheet Cake. One may question my sanity as to why with a temp of 91 degrees out side I would turn on the oven. 😅 I don’t think I’ve ever heard of a peanut butter cake. Sounds good. My favorite peanut butter is Reese’s. Enjoy the rest of your day!
Looks great, Tammy. Try this: Equal parts: Flour , shortening and oil for all but chocolate. For chocolate or dark cakes add coco no flour. Smear on cake pans and fill. Bake as normal
Well yes in the cake layers if it's the baking kind. But I don't like beer powdered sugar. So if you're diabetic you might just want to make it in a bundt pan and glaze it
