I`m Tracy, your movement and massage coach! My 18 years as a Sports Therapist & 7 years as a movement coach working on pain, injuries, treatment and rehabilitation.
I love the human body and all its intricacies, especially the fascinating ways our whole lives affect how we use or abuse our bodies!
I started dance classes aged 8, enjoying a professional Ballet and Contemporary performing career for 8 years until I retired at 28. All those years training & performing took their toll on my body, so I developed skills for self treatment.
I mix wonderful techniques of yoga, mobility, stretch therapy with self massage and fascial release in treatment, group classes & 1-1 coaching. I`m here to help you get out of long term pain, give you an effective toolkit to achieve the most body awareness and movement mastery possible!
I blend my years as a dancer, teacher and therapist to bring you the most effective movement & massage to help you out of pain and into ease of movement.

This is a wonderful chair yoga workout from Tracy. Perfect for those who are less mobile, or for those days your body doesn't feel strong enough to do a floor based movement class.

Absolutely… 10 seconds plus all the excuses that follow… but I have also been treating for 18 years, and treated for over 25,000 hours, so seems fair to say to me 😜

I love it... I think you need to improve the title, Add end Screen and properly add ranking tags (according to the content) in the video tags section. You should also share the video on various social media sites. That way you can easily reach a nice audience with your videos... Your dedication to your channel and the concept of your videos is really impressive. you're doing pretty well.But your content isn't getting the viewership you want...I believe this will meet all your needs... and I wish you the best on your journey on RU-vid..
