Thankyou so much. Came upon this whilst browsing and it has solved a conundrum that I have been trying to solve myself with clunky results!! I've been trying to create a pie where 2 sides open simultaneously to reveal the contents. Although it needs tweeking, to disguise some of the workings, this mechanism works really well
Thank you for your tutorial. I'm wondering if you can help me with the clapping hands. Hopefully you can, if not it's ok. I think I do everything in your tutorial but I have a problem. One hand claps more than the other meaning they don't reach in the center. So one hand claps normal while the other hand claps partially. I dd this tutorial twice but failed to fix it. TY. 😀
Hi. Thanks for watching my video. At the beginning of the video when I first started to mark the card with the ruler, I found the middle of the card, marked that and then equidistant from the middle, the two other marks (one to the right and one to the left). These two have to be the exact same distance from the middle so that the hands can touch in the middle. If that's what you did and it still doesn't work, post a picture of the mechanism here and I'll try to see what may have gone wrong. Good luck!
