A brand new class is uploaded to the channel every week on Thursday!

Thank you Bea :) So many people don't know how to make videos for chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and neurological and joint pain. I have been looking for a video for months and this is the first one which is doable! <3
I am so sorry you can't find much. I hope this can help as much as possible. I have others I am confident you can do: for Lupus and some for joint pain. I am planning to do more if I get the chance before I go back to university!
Thank you so much, I've been doing meditation for years now, but I've been so busy lately that I forgot the basics and doing this puts me back on track, love it
I have RA, and now calcium deposits in both hips tendons. I have started this video today. It was painful but I need help. Pain meds just don't do for me. So I'm trying this out before I join a yoga class. Thank you for this, prayers it will help me. I will do this every morning.
I don't have a videographer. I film myself. It was the best I could do with the equipment at that time. These videos are free, and take hours to film and edit. My channel is small, I can't afford a videographer.
I've done so many "knee strength yoga" practices on RU-vid and this one is the best I've found. All the strengthening moves are there, but it also feels like a "real" yoga practice - calming and centring. I loved the visualisation at the end. Usually I feel like I'm missing out when I do knee strength yoga as it feels more like my physio exercises, but this combines both so beautifully. Thank you so much for this practice. Please don't ever take it down. You have a lovely, calming presence (and not in that "artificially serene" way you get with a lot of yoga teachers. I hope that makes sense). Thank you again, from me and my cranky knee.
I can't express how thankful I am for your comment. I am very happy that you have enjoyed this practice and really appreciate that is has come across this way. I try to steer away from any fake yoga voices or fake yoga attitude. I also appreciate how you thought it incorporates the right exercises while still being yoga, especially as I'm currently a physiotherapy student. Don't worry, I won't take it down. Please, come back whenever you need to. I hope your knee feels better!
This was perfect, I know I shouldn’t but I’ve sat still a lot today working, this practice was just what I needed, my hips feel so much better, thank you Beatrice 🙏🥰xxx
Hi Bea I have just done 2 of your practices this afternoon, they were lovely and absolutely perfect. I suffer with osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, at the moment my joints are quite stiff, probably because of the weather 🙄 I will definitely be doing more of your videos, I really enjoyed them, you are very calming and easy to follow. Thank you Bea 🙏🥰💗xxx
Hi Linda, I am so sorry to hear that you are not feeling very well. I hope the rheumatoid arthritis is under control and I'm really happy that the videos can help a bit. Thanks for practicing with me xxx
@@BeaYogaWellbeing thanks for your message Beatrice 🥰 I have good days and bad days but yoga, especially yin really helps I hope you are having a lovely weekend🙏💗xxx
I love hearing people's stories, especially if they have to do with rheumatological conditions. I am currently back at uni studying physiotherapy and I'm hoping to specialise, hopefully at the end I can filmed even better videos for all of you. Hope you had a nice weekend too xxxx
@@BeaYogaWellbeing fantastic, good luck with your studies, the body is amazing. If you can use your knowledge to make more videos then that is a bonus for all of us 🙏🥰xxx
Tears came into my eyes especially when I sent loving kindness to myself. I realized I wasn't giving enough love and kindness to myself. Thank you so much for this beautiful meditation, Bea.
The way you guide us through the practice is so pure and neat. I really appreciate the fact that you talk about the meridians in a clear and concise manner yet still easy enough for everyone to understand. Beautiful💞l Thank you!🙏
Thank you so much for your lovely comments. I find Meridians to be a very airy thing to describe, therefore try to make it more philosophical than an actual real, existing thing. I am glad it resonated with you!
I always come to butterfly pose to help ground. But this yoga really helped me ground. Thank you so much beautiful soul I love how the body knows what it needs and to ground the energy. 💜🙏🏼💜
I am beyond grateful for this practice. I was looking for something that would stretch the shoulders and neck. Everything that I was looking for all in one. I really enjoy this, it helps release the tension in the shoulders and neck. Thank you ❤
I must have tried over 20 videos for digestion, since I suffer from chronic constipation due to antidepressants, and I have to say I really loved this sequence. Thank you so much. I will be back!!!❤
Bea, well done and thank you. I’m going to be persistent and ask you to prepare a 13 minute Metta meditation for us to start our day. I believe it would be hit. Thank you! Judy
Hi Judith, thanks for being persistent and asking again. I will certainly be back posting new videos at some point this year. But unfortunately I'm extremely busy with my new university course and work at the moment, so it might have to wait until the summer. Thank you
