This Yoga with a Blanket class is a 15-Minute Yoga class with Soft Padding for our knees. Many of us have issues with pressure and pain while placing our knees to the ground, this is the perfect options for those that suffer from knee pain but still want to practice poses that are on hands and knees. Using a blanket in yoga is always a good idea!
