I have been teaching Pilates and Yoga for 20 years. Movement has been part of my life since early childhood. I trained to become a professional ballet and contemporary dancer before discovering my love and passion for practicing and teaching Pilates and Yoga. I also love running, cycling and horse riding.
I would love you to join me on this journey and share the wonderful benefits that our Pilates and Yoga practices have to offer. Learning how to look after our bodies and minds to keep healthy, strong and flexible is the greatest gift we can give to ourselves.

Love your classes but a little disappointed with this one. I thought it was a Pilates Yoga fusion but for me it was all yoga and stretching - no Pilates. I still enjoyed it but wasn’t what I wanted this morning.

It was a really beautiful workout! I especially loved the tip of putting a thin towel or cushion at the lower back as I have always had a difficulty at roll ups as I have lordosis. It really made a huge difference! Many thanks Katja! 🌸
