Was so looking forward to this new routine since I read its out! Plus the icing on the cake was that we could do this session with weights!Was just thinking of weights when i heard you say "weights"! That's as good as telepathy for me💖Though I don't have these wrist weights, managed well with 3Lb dumb-bells:) You know exactly when to give the cues! Most of it, go gentle when we twist and with the side bends. Keep your spine long when we hinge forward, if you find yourself rounding over, stay up higher and don’t go so far. 🙏
