Great video coach I have revamped my ground strokes over the last 12 months using your checkpoints and turbocharged my level from good to high level. Biggest insight for me from this video is that the racquet face not breaking the net plane when windshield wiper movement done as wrist position maintained. Need to go practice that as sometimes I snap the wrist and lose the connection on my shots.
I like your voice and videos man they are really helpful.. It's not like the steps the holding the racket you give critical tips how to hold a racquet how to step in how to get in position etc in perfect way those tips come only from experienced coaches and they don't tell everybody
Great video, but I'm still a bit confused... I think adding 3 more angles and cutting in and out, so you're never actually looking into the main camera would have helped massively. Perhaps next time. Thank you for the great contents. I like! 🙏.
I haven’t tried this on the court yet, but just doing practice swings at home. It does seem simpler and like it naturally loads the back leg more so than bringing the racket farther back with strings pointed to the back fence.
Incredible video - I've watched multiple instructors and then I landed on your content. The way you deconstruct the phases of movement, and simplify the explanations, is just top notch. Thank you very much for putting up this content, looking forward to watch all your videos.
Great advice, but you really want to get more around that ball and angle it more off the court… bending that ball to create angles will always be the most powerful weapon!
If you see in the slow motion, the movement comes after the toss. If you are struggling with getting a consistent ball position for your serves, your priority should definitely be to be stationery during the toss! Don't change your game because some stranger referenced pros doing something!
Ideally the racquet doesn’t go back as the flip begins. It actually moves forward but because the racquet head “wants” to stay where it is it flips back relative to the hand.
Ive watched this video a 100 times... doesn't help! It's when your arm is extended to the point of contact with the ball is the problem. It's sped up and easier said then done.
Direction the tip of the racquet is facing is dependent on grip. An eastern grip will have the tip facing the side fence. A semi western 45 degrees, a western facing the back fence. Some players manipulate the wrist to change the direction but those are the natural orientations.
