If you have kt200 don’t worth to go to kt200II there is nothing new in my point of view also there was no update in 6 months, and first update released require to buy a new board.

Regarding hardware i have not seen difference in quality except the colour of the coating for board. I bet both have same grade of quality(low) for components taking in consideration are made by same company. Main board its same v1,v2…

Hi, yes worth buying if you don’t have vvdi-prog, it does not fix anything, its just a programmer with read / write functions. All fixes / mods to files you need to make yourself or write scripts ( similar way of UPA )

In general i chose xhorse for transponders, remote generation, but as obd2 programming km100 its better then key tool max + xhorse mini obd. ( but i use other tools for obd2 programming ). The best tool is the one that fits among your other tools. Eg if you have autel508/608 then km100 is no need

Hello, for VW(that year) you need only to read pin code from dashboard and then adapt with vcds the transponder.

It will work also on key tool, you need to tranfer file to device then go to - Special functions - Immo data tool - europe - bmw - ews4 - start execution.

On few case only, mostly have options to read immo data from ecu but i have never use it

You need to process and move immo data from old to new ecu, it is not like on edc16.

It can read, but you cannot clone just by swap files.

Hello, i had obdstar over more then 1 year before i have buyed autel, for me personal i use obdstar as my fist choice on all brands except ( VAG, MB, BMW ) where i have dedicated tools.

Yes in general for one plug ecu only eeprom is required, even if you only remove eep, car will also start on some old sw edc15c2 (1 plug ) for PSA. But for other 3 plug is required eep+flash.

Yes it is corect, if you want to work with superchips its mandatory to have an xhorse device for superchips

@@UnixCoDElectronics Do you know if the Newer KM100E 2024 model writes and rewrites to the super chip? Also does it do TPMS like the Xhorse Max Pro Does?
