Sheeesh, looking good Brother. I grew up with tortilla de maiz. My Suegro makes chile colorado. He’s from Chihuahua living in Nuevo Mexico. Tortillas de harina. My wife and I are in California. Beautiful 🤙🏽
Do chipotles in adobo come in different spice levels? The stuff I get at my local store is so spicy, one pepper alone without any jalapenos would make this salsa too hot for me. Is there a "medium" can of chipotles in adobo?
A big part of your charm Arnie is your family's involvement in your recipes and cooking. Also, your home cooking range is just like the range in 90% homes in America. This is just like home cooking I remember as a child (I'm 80 now). Darn few people can afford one of those Wolf brand stoves with 8 burners and a griddle in the middle. God bless you and your family. Please keep up this good work.
Make some mild to medium salsas please I love spicy but so hot love your channel bc I don’t know how to cook your style of food and me and my family love it and love to cook so where excited to try your recipes on a lot of your food
