i cant find a single drum box video on the internet were someone creates a decent snare or something... seems like you can only get bass or weird space sounds (wich are still cool) from the ”drum synthesizer“. i hope somebody will prove me wrong.
Hey, this is GREAT! i'm a beginner and i didn't know how to change the value of the message number, and it was because it was locked. So you helpe me, and you also show how to generate a simple sound which is useful for us, the beginners. thanks, and go on!
This was much more helpful than the tutorial in the Reference pages. Especially when you illustrated the problem of desyncing (and fixing it with @quantize). Yet this still could use more fleshing out, but I suppose it's just a "quick and dirty" tutorial.
interesting stuff!! I've been trying to get my head around a Tap Delay, but since I'm only a novice at Max/MSP, I'm not quite there yet... if anyone has any tips, always welcome!!
