Just wanted to say that your vids really helped me last year - I was doing a Max MSP project at uni - I did two patches (both on my channel) and got 75% for it! Couldn't have done it without your vids man so thanks a bunch!

thank you do much Joe! the music of modeselektor brought me here, i was always wondering how they produced their music. I know little about synths and modules but I knew thier sounds were produced from a more sophisticated device. I think I will try these. danke schoen!

This was much more helpful than the tutorial in the Reference pages. Especially when you illustrated the problem of desyncing (and fixing it with @quantize). Yet this still could use more fleshing out, but I suppose it's just a "quick and dirty" tutorial.

I have a very annoying problem - the transport was working fine for a few hours...and then now nothing comes up when i double click 'transport' to open the global time thing!!!!!!! What happened? I restarted max, tried to use 'transport' in a new patch - but whenever i double click it, the global thing wont come up! What happened??

Max stalls out if I try to put in a 3n or a 5n fore the second metro. Why?
