If a student is already studying abroad and paying his fees, can that student get FAFSA to continue if the source of payment of the fees is no longer available. For example, my Dad has been paying my fees but he lost his job, can FAFSA be of help if I am studying for a 4 year degree abroad and I have only finished the first year?

Well damn, I was told by an advisor that I didn’t have to pay taxes. But apparently I do and I haven’t paid taxes on my scholarships the last two years, I am screwed.😅

Thank you for your question. You cannot receive an AA degree solely through CLEP test credits. Each school has its own criteria and requirements. You would have to check with the college or university you’re interested in to find out how many alternative credits, such as CLEP or DSST, are allowed and the number of credits you must take at their institution to earn a degree.
