I added Methi Fenugreek and onion seeds. It came out pretty good. I also added more cooking time and used a Hand Blender to make it more creamy. I used Chana Dal and Red Dal. Half & Half. Maybe next time I will use Toor Dal. Healthy Eating. Oh, you can add a little Jaggery Powder to put a hint of sweetness to it. Now with Naam, Lebanese Bread, or Rice. Good Stuff.

I think those are soy chunks not soya beans. Lovely recipe though. The pressure cooker is so good for this.
