Your cheese bread looks wonderful. I'm from Minas Gerais, the state where "pão de queijo" was created, and your recipe is exactly the same as the one that I learned from my grandma.

I'm from Minas Gerais too and this recipe was the first I saw in a foreign language that looked the most like the one we do here. To tell the truth, even here in Brazil I see people doing it "wrong" 😅😂😂
