Florian Gadsby is a ceramicist working with stoneware and porcelain in North London - here you'll find videos that show process, how pottery is thrown and finished and finally glazed and kiln fired. The videos here show the processes behind his work, such as the throwing and trimming of tableware and more sculptural pieces.

I restock my online shop around 3/4 times a year, with about 300-400 pieces a time, if you'd like to receive a newsletter about when these go live you can sign up to my newsletter on my website, (www.floriangadsby.com/newsletter).
I also leave the shop page online, even though it appears as sold out, it usually sells out in a few minutes time, just to give you an idea of what's available and the price range, (www.floriangadsby.com/shop).

What a wonderful video! I love seeing all the things that go into making teapots! And I love that you explain what you do! I always get so curious why certain things are done 🤭
Hi Florian. Just want to make a request of sorts. Recently, I came across a channel for a potter who does some production work. Each day he live streams while throwing and chats with his subscribers. He has quite the following. Would you ever consider something like that? I think it would be extremely popular.
So, with that lid and pot being a set, what would a pot like this generally be used for? I know you could put whatever you want that might fit inside, but is this typically used for something like dry food storage? Amazing work either way
I love this short video showing the end result! Of course, I love your long-form videos too. It’s just so satisfying to see the end product and hear those beautiful crackles and pings from opening the kiln in the background!
Please can everyone whom has the Pots stop showing middle fingers. Without us viewing your content you would be nothing. Please try to be respectful of the viewer. Thanks
Someone gave me some Kilns, I live in Cincinnati and have access to some really clean natural clay (same source as the famous Rookwood pottery) . I haven't done ceramics since highschool, but I may give it a try.
For everyone who was thinking I think I'll give pottery a go: you have demonstrated just how much time and patience, and knowledge of the process must be understood to craft well, to stay safe, and to truly determine that you must commit to the entire process. Whew! Not just a hobby. But how beautiful your finished work is. And how satisfying it must be to finally be able to enjoy it. Great video!
