Hello. Thank you for the tutorial. I appreciate it. I have one question. Are you supposed to purposely stretch the front knee out? As in external hip hip rotation? Or are you supposed to prevent the front knee from pushing out creating a stretch on the Sartorus & abductors? Appreciate the help

Loved this for a quick morning stretch before getting my work day started. I work from home so movement is bare minimum. This reminds me to be mindful of my body and what it needs to be healthy, whole, and without pain. Thank you!
