100% believe Tati, Jeffree and Shane conspired against James because he was on the verge of legitimate fame and getting invited to actual celebrity events and they were jealous/threatened. I picked there'd be drama as soon as James showed up at the Met Gala that one year. If James at that stage was anything like what they claimed, they wouldn't sit on that info until it suited their careers to reveal it. They're complicit if they sat on such info until it benefited them to "reveal" it.

I know this video is about James Charles, but I want to say that Jeffree Star is the type of person to pretend to be your friend while at the same time keeping his knife sharp so he can stab you in the back. The thing is that he usually doesn't throw the first punch, he has someone else do it first so that he doesn't come out as the aggressor. Pair that with his master ability to manipulate people just makes an awful combination. He always claims he "has receipts and evidence" of all these people doing something horrible. We saw it with Davi Vanity where he claimed he saw Davi take multiple underage girls and SA them. Then there's the whole James Charles incident where he claims to still have all these receipts, but does he ever bring it to the attention of the authorities? The answer is, no. No he most definitely does not. I don't know about you, but that makes me think two things, either 1 he's lying about having said evidence, or 2 he does have the evidence but is withholding it to be able to hold power over people to either blackmail them, or ruin them. Given Jeffree's past, I'm certain it's the latter. Now Davi and James are most definitely not innocent people, don't get me wrong, they're deplorable. But if you have evidence of people are doing things like oh I don't know, conducting explicit interactions with minors, but don't bring that to the police? In my eyes that makes you pretty f'ed up. Not to the extent of the people committing said crimes, mind you. But not bringing that stuff to light, because you "don't want to stir the pot"? No, if anything you're knowingly letting them get away with ruining someone else's life because you so desperately want your leverage on that person for YOUR personal interest and personal gains. That just disgusts me.

In 2016, Henry Cavill who was 33 dated a 19 year old girl named Tara King. I know a lot of people really like him and people say it’s okay because she is an adult. Like yeah, but that’s still a huge age gap and it’s really fucking weird. The power dynamic is crazy.
people defended the relationship by having this "halo effect" and acted like he had a "clean reputation" which is another reason why they used the "age of consent" argument to defend his relationship with a 19 year old when he was 33 this whole "she's an adult" argument to defend these relationships is pathetic and illogical it doesn't make them any less predatory there will always be a power dynamic regardless of age itself (it's the same argument used to defend Chris Evans' relationship with Alba Baptista where people were acting like we're somehow "infantilizing" her for being rightfully and justifiably against the relationship despite the fact that he's old enough to be her father)
