PLEASE QUESTION EVERYTHING. Look how the government are removing carbon from our environment.....it is detrimental to our overall health, especially mental health. Carbon is absolute needed to balance our hormones, respiratory illness. Over the past 5, 10 years ill mental has as rocketed out of control. Wearing masks during the plandemic. Google information is there and the NHS are lying to us all. STOP NET ZERO! Taxing humanity to breathe and to be constantly ill. Plants are good to have around the home to improve mental health. My son was left to die,in his care home as far as I know the carers have not been investigated for the neglect of their charge.I was informed by the manager ,my son was given his medication 8am,but lm confused to that as the staff didn't know he was in initially.Then he was checked on 2 times and he was hallucination and delirious and the manager phoned the ambulance and he was pronounced dead by 7pm. The only thing that is different is the name of the place.I haven't been able to get them to explain to me what happened to him.I wish he had been outside I'm sure he'd have had a chance of being here 2day 😢
The industry doesn't owe you anything, if you don't know after all these years that booze kills your liver you must have had your head under a rock or just choose to believe it'll never happen to you. My grandfather died of cirrhosis at 85 so I figured I was invincible till 70-80, well I was wrong , I was upgraded from mild to severe alcohol fatty liver disease in one year, I quit the next day but I always knew I was doing it to myself no one else is responsible, grow up and take responsibility for your actions
It hard to understand, this country can send all this money to eukraine for war and the family of Zelensky who are buying properies all over the world, but cannot help their people.
The media has vilified landlords for years. Many tenants groups hate the fact landlords exist so I’m at a loss as to why it’s surprising that landlords are selling up. What do people think will happen when the exodus of landlords accelerates? It’s not rocket science- people will lose their homes and the government will need to house them. It could have been different if the government had listened to landlords genuine concerns….
What's the problem? The contract ends, and they get 2 months' notice of "eviction." Technically, it's not an eviction it's a non renewal of contract. In the USA, you get 7 or 14 days, that's it! The landlord has every right to manage his investments within the boundaries of the law, and if people don't like it, they can rent somewhere else. On a side note you ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT get the smell of Curry out after 6 months without major remodeling/repairs so be prepared for that expense as a landlord
Too much talk about some units, guiding lines etc. Alcohol is poison, period. This stuff should not be consumed by humans. There are more and more people who stopped drinking entirely though, all over the world. There will come the time, when drinking will come out of fashion for good.
The landlord isn't a charity. Life situations can change, so the landlord has every right to want his house back for whatever reason he has. Whatever problems the tenant might have being given notice to leave, is nothing to do with the landlord.

What I will say is this- There are people who work in mental health services such as CAMHS who are desperately trying to help the kids in need. I had a job where I had to take referrals, a lot of referrals coming from CAMHS. I could tell by the tone of their voice that they were upset and really wanted to help these kids. So many would stutter and start crying whilst telling me the details during the referral. They are making the referrals and that's the most they can do (legally). We need more safeguarding departments, especially Safeguarding Nurses and Consultants. There are plenty of low level staff but nothing moves forward for the kids without more Nurses, Psychologists, Medical Consultants, Doctors, FME's and PCO's, etc. The people who care are trying so hard to help these kids but the people who have the legal power to move things forward are few and far between. There are people who care and are trying but they are becoming exhausted and depressed themselves. Which leads to them needing mental health help too. I can only hope that the Political system in Britain improves and the NHS gets the funding our healthcare system truly deserves. The money is there. We need to push our Politicians into actually funding the NHS properly.

The solution is; don't eat curry. That's actually accurate. Besides curry isn't solely indian. Fkn victims. This guy is awesome. Straight up businessman.
The government must have known that some people would keep the money and spend it on other stuff. Beer fags drugs. Food for the kids. Then, after a couple of months or so,the tennants wonder why their being evicted? I'm not saying it's easy for them,but if they had payed the rent,they wouldn't be evicted. It's as simple as that.
These two are very unkind and I hope someday the universe repays them for the way they treat people but what's the point of this video. They want this couple to keep all of these homes for the rest of their lives so these people don't have to move out?
The landlord here is a bully, and it is racism. My landlady decided to sell, the property should have been condemned. They sent viewings and I later objected and in less than a month I found somewhere else. They are a business like everywhere else and should be accountable and liable in every way. Britain is still a hole, it alway been the same.
It's interesting how the grandson of King AbdulAziz kills the grandson of the Kings doctor. This is why he was so close to the Al Saud then he fell out with them. King AbdulAziz always had a good number of black badygards also his sons it's like an inner circle of trusted fighters for the Royals. This child just explains what is happening in such a adult way it's heartbreaking to hear him and his sister talk so honestly about their life , living with knowing their farther is going to die very soon and hearing about the only bright spark that they have in their life is when they can visit a hospice, for a few hours and just be kids making a card for dad heartbreaking
5 weeks ago I decided to stop drinking. I would not have considered myself a true alcoholic but certainly a problem drinker …. If I drank I did so to feel the effect. Best decision ever … dropped 7kg and am feeling great! Alcohol is poison. You think your are missing out not drinking but that is far from true
That guys a monster and is un-British! I fucking love the curry smell, it's the fact that they don't wash themselves after they use the water closet that I wouldn't rent to them, god only knows what level of faecal matter must be coated on their walls!
