My wife and I have been on the Plant Based Diet for about eight months. It is amazing the weight we have lost and look better overall on the outside. I am guessing we also look better on the inside. Stay healthy and thanks for the tips.
Great ideas! I went on a five week trip. I made baggies of morning oats for convenience. Oats, nuts, seeds, diced a date, ground flax or chia, coconut milk powder. Then when I wanted to mix it up, I would add the fruit and water.
My husband and I just spent July 22 - 25 in Colorado. We are now back in the Texas Panhandle. I usually take potatoes, the best grab and go vegan breakfast by Well Your World (I eat these anytime of the day), and always sprouted oats and my favorite salad dressing at the time.
You look fantastic- glowing skin and great hair plus in great shape. Great example to be plant based and following a reasonable workout for physical and mental health. Thanks for all you do- I don't comment very much but really, you got it going on.
When at a family dinner I just eat what my family serves. Food in our family is almost a ritual. I always think that one meal is not going to kill me. I get back to my personal plant based diet as soon as we get back to the hotel. 🙂
I love your videos. I am trying to make more plant based meals but I HATE to cook. So I really appreciate your quick and easy, one pot/pan videos! Thank you!
Hope you have a wonderful time, thanks for posting this, we went on a long road trip last month and I should have packed more food, I packed for the way up but should have packed for a few more days, thanks for all the great tips!!
I really appreciate these meal ideas since I will be traveling soon. Definitely will be picking up a couple of those McDougall soups. I am wondering if you would consider making a video about hormones and being vegan? I have noticed if I cheat on my diet and eat something non-vegan that my hormones really shift, so just wondering if you and others are experiencing the same since I don't know anyone else in my life who does this diet. My #1 favorite thing to bring while traveling is Chanty Marie's chickpea salad (she is on RU-vid). It is one of my favorite vegan recipes of all time and I have tried many of them.
I love your tips; thank you!☺️ Am idea for the PB&J overnight oats: would it be less messy to just add the PB2 powder directly to the jar, since you’re going to be adding liquid to it anyway? Just a thought. Have a great vacation!
No they don’t, but I don’t mind them room temp. However sometimes when we stop to get gas, I’ll use the microwave inside a gas station if I want one warm and grab myself a water.
Do you feel guilty or bad bringing your own food to a restaurant? Just asking because I think that's how I would feel. Though I've gone to a restaurant and not ordered anything or eaten and didn't feel bad about that.
