The best would be keeping Vizag as capital attracting investments primarily to vizag and make it developed competing with Bnaglore and Hyderabad simultaneously building Amaravati with the increased revenue from Capital of Visakhapatnam for 5 to 10 years thennn after completion of Amaravti if it is Successful thennn You could shift capital to the world Class city if it become a reality That is called Vision by the end Amaravati would be The capital with world class Standards..Increased revenue of state and Vizag too developed so Two CIties on top aka decentralised Development But why that isnt being done The prices are already skkyrocketing in Amaravati dont know what will happen to future of Vizga,Future of Amaravati will it become successful or not, future of entire Andhra pradesh due to this politics
