Anyone who is still here, I want to let you know that now, at the finished state that cyberpunk is in and of course the release of the Phantom Liberty dlc, Cyberpunk 2077 is one of the best games I've ever played, and it's my favorite of all time. It doesn't match up to the cyberpunk anime but I still think it's worth playing for anyone to just try out what its like.
