Great video my man! Really came through and I was able to fix before a long road trip. Which saved my three boys lives if you ask them lol! Thanks again.
Worked perfectly for our 2015 Suburban. Thanks for the how-to guide! I also ordered the plastic pry bar tool kit for $7 or so. Total repair cost around $15. Can't beat that!
@@Reeltali oh without a doubt should work. I see no reason why it shouldn’t. I like the bushing comps so much more then ones that go onto a threaded barrel cause A. Eliminates the need to buy a threaded barrel and it overall just feels and performs better in my opinion.
@@grunster98 gotcha, thanks brother…last question how reliable would you rate the material??? I’ve heard stories where they blow off at the range and etc
Do you think if both of my tvs stopped working at the same time this is the issue? I checked the fuse (that I THINK it is) and it’s good. I’d love to get my tvs at least one fixed for my kids lol. I hope to hear back from you!
Thank You for the video! My original AC condenser fan just crapped out on my 2016 rebel so I am going to be doing this upgrade mod this week. The alan wrench trick is genius!
Worked great.... a few of those little plastic snaps did break when I had to separate the housing to get to the screen ribbon... I was going to use a hair dryer and warm up the plastic housing to get everything nice and pliable it would have helped for sure... because it was about 40° out when I took the screen inside the house so it didn't really have time to warm up but it's totally fine doesn't matter.. a couple scuffs here and there in housing...😅
Thank you for the detailed video! My 2015 Suburban is having the same issue. I bought the same cable pack on Amazon and will be repairing mine thanks to your video!
This worked perfectly - 2016 Chevy Suburban Premiere. Do not get suckered into buying a single one of the replacement cables on Amazon for $20 - it is exactly the same as the 20 pack he mentions in the video that is $6. Keep looking till you find it because why not have extra ribbons? This took me 20 minutes, if you are not mechanically inclined or never took anything apart as a kid, I could see this taking an hour. Literally saved a minimum of $180 just to have the dealership look at it and likely another $800-$1000 for them to tell us to replace it. If you bought your car new, this is where the dealership tries to make you feel dumb for not paying extra for extended warranty on components like this. This is 100% a DIY situation where you can save yourself around $1000 with an hour or less of your time and $6 on Amazon. Great video
My screen does not have a flip up tab… it just pushes in and the new ribbons are super flimsy and a total B to push in because all they want to do is kink
Not sure which brand this is, but if you need 10 rders. for 1911, I recommend Chip McCormick 10 rd. RPM (Railed Power Mag), or Wilson Combat 10 rd. mags.
Got mine off Sportsmanguide in 2019. Same configuration as yours. Bought it literally after I completed thr Glock Armorer Course. Had some cleaning to do. Years later, stippled the grip. But did not change a thing. Shoots the best out of my Glocks. Done training with it and not a single malfunction. This is also my duty carry. Never panning this baby.
