Very fitting....I followed your page for all my help filing for my wifes i130 and three days ago we got a RFE. I thought I followed everything perfectly but somehow missed that uscis would want original documents along with translates versions :(

I recieved an Rfe about marital proof and marriage certificate. We have proof of leases,joint bank statements, cable bills, phone bills, car insurance, life insurance, joint income tax, photos. Do you think these will be enough? Thank you
How much time does it take for USCIS to mail the Request for RFE to the applicant? Do they also upload the RFE request online in the documents section?
When uploading the files to respond an RFE, after submitting the 5 files the Respond button is no longer there, so how is that it's possible to submit more than 5 files? Or the other files should be submitted using Unsolicited Evidence button?

How to respond to a g28 form if you do not have an attorney, and filing on your own? Do I write a letter? How do I respond to what’s on the cover sheet?

I have responded to an RFE on April 30, I got a rfe on April 25. There was a weekend in between. I haven't heard from them since 20 days. Does this mean my case went to backlog. Should I send a mail response as well. (I only did it online till now)

Hi, please would answer my question: I'm filling form I-130 and form I-485 adjust of status for my mom who is here in the USA as visitor (visa B2) should i send two check at the same time: one for I-130 ($675.00). the second one for form I-485 ($1440.00)or make one check .thank you
The option to respond to RFE is not available in the I 130 case (submitted concurrently with I 485) and the actual RFE notice disappeared from the documents tab on the I 130. Planning to mail the response but curious if you've ever seen this amd if it's cause for concern. Thanks!
@@KseniyaInternational yes , we received the notice in the mail. An RFE was so sent for corrections on the form, I was able to upload thay one online without any issue so I'm confused. Best option is to simply mail the documents right?
@@KseniyaInternational but that was for the I 485, the one we are trying to submit is for the I 130. We received two different RFEs... wouldn't and option to upload also appear on the I 130? Im scared they'll adjudicate only with the evidence submitted for the I 485 which was only the corrected form, not the marriage evidence 😥
hi Kseniya,,,, my I-485 packet was returned, not RFE but the payment is not correct, they returned the whole packet, what should I do? when I submit last March 2024, I saw online the payment is $1245, I doubt that I overlooked it. The letter said it's not correct, I-485 family based petition of spouse.

Hey Kseniya! I received an RFE a week ago about the Affidavit of Support, but there is nothing specific! It says "Based on the documents submitted, we could not determine that the petitioning sponsor, {my spouse} - and the petitioning sponsor's household member(s) listed on Form I-864, Affidavit of Support, are qualified." It does not state what exactly was wrong with the form... Did you ever see such case? Is that normal? And what should we do now? Thank You for your reply!
I got a request for evidence asking for my Medical Exam and join sponsor. Do you think the best way should I apply for that online or send it by mail or should I make both away?
