This video popped up on my birthday today, I just set up my logo and banner for my channel and I'll be working on this side hustle while I continue to work on sales - I just wanted to say thank you for this video and I appreciate your encouraging words, I'll come back to comment on one of your videos in the future once I hit the $10k/month mark. No matter how long it takes, I'll keep the consistency :) Take care!
What you said about how there is value in working hard, taking action quickly, and recovering from mistakes quickly really resonated with me because that is something that I started to realize only recently. I honestly feel like that is the best way to make maximum progress on any endeavor. I am glad to hear about this from someone as well learned as yourself. It is further proof that I am mostly right about it.
hey thanks for the video, would reccomend not sharpening your knife over your board like that I know it's only little bits of metal coming off but it still can go into the board into your meat <3
i make a simple sauce thats 1/2 butter 1/2 hot sauce and it started dousing my meats in that, it's so good if you don't mind spices, that and butter coffee in the morning solved my low energy issues, was eating too lean with just regular meat and eggs canada has a good options for duck fat, i use that to cook my meat in, but it's pretty expensive and only recently managed to start being able to afford it and lastly, bone marrow is a very nice snack, i buy a bag of "beef soup bones", pretty cheap, less than 10$ for a 1kg, put em in the air fryer till it softens a bit and scoop it out with a spoon
Pure nonsense . I’m an Omnivore and in better shape than you people. Excellent BMI, do not feel hungry. My father was a Carnivore all of his life got Colon Cancer at 58 and died at 62. I cannot find one documented case that one lived to 100 years old on a Carnivore diet. I can find plenty that were on the Omnivore diet. Please enlighten me on one Carnivore that lived to be 100 years old……crickets…..Carnivores and Vegans do have one thing in common….these are both cults…I’m still waiting for that one Carnivore or Vegan that lived to be 100 years old….😂😂😂😂…Jack LaLanne was in better shape at 70 years old than you people…he was an Omnivore….Im still waiting for you to give me one example of a Carnivore that lived to be 100 years old…..crickets…….😂😂😂😂
Well you're trying to create waffles, but people are using these in place of bread too .. if you do want a actual waffle I don't know that I would use ground meat or pork rinds, I have made the mozzarella ones with egg and I add baking powder and they fluff up good and my husband will eat those as a waffle
I keep coming back ❤ Side note I think SouthPark actually made an episode where they use this exact sound track but I cant pinpoint which one😂 I hope its not the one where Randy starts a chef venture 😂
How about Investing in something that has a bit higher of a Div % like a REIT. Say, Arbor Realty with a yield just under 13% You'd only need Just over $500k to live at the same rate, but if you were smart and kept working letting this reinvest over the next 5 years you could increase your monthly income by almost double the original figure, and the longer it stays there the faster it compounds giving you a much more comfortable budget.
I started adding a raw egg to my bulletproof coffee with a tablespoon of butter, and then blend it in my bullet blender. It is really creamy and fluffy.
Another interesting way to increase collagen in your diet is to put a heaping tablespoon of candy makers gelatin into some cold coffee (abt 1/2 cup or more). I save some from my morning joe for this. The secret is to get a miniature wire whip and stir it up really well. It will try to congeal rather quickly, so drink it up followed with some water. I also take a digestive enzyme with mine and a drop of Peppermint oil which helps it break down completely (Im 68yrs old...) This drinking/eating of pure gelatin daily, keeps my joints, skin & hair healthy and glossy. My gut health is also improved, after years of Aleve & Ibuprofen overuse from hip pain and arthritis. Just look for candy makers' supply. Gummies are all the rage these days. Its prevalent and can be bought in bulk.
Second day of carnivore, I plan to stay strict for the first 90 days. But then might indulge on some ice cream or brownie once a month. Or save it for the holidays. I have a trip coming up and would like to try a few things at the locations I plan to visit. My only fear is the return of cravings. But hopefully after 90 days the routine and habit would be established.
your first point is completely inaccurate. If I put $40,000 in a tax advantaged account out of my salary this year. And decided I needed it for a down payment for an investment property next year I would be penalized for taking it out plus having to pay taxes at the point of redemption. Using the word always is not the way to go here.
Slightly surprised that you didn't _brown_ the ox tails in a pan before placing them into the slow cooker - that seems to be a fundamental of cooking meat in the slow cooker, no? 🤔
