It's a great meditation...But it doesn't align with my beliefs...i believe in surrounding myself with great people who just don't take'but give back as well...i don't accept any behavior around me'i don't try to change people...I just shift..People have impact in our lives*If you accept that people are miserable and then you are going to follow...Surround yourself with people who are like you..happy ,imperfect and genuine people...Or else you'll fucked and pick up people's habits
Just want to give honest testimony. I usually Never doing this. Anyway, I've been listening to this affirmation almost every night and fall asleep with it. It took me a week before I got my job back. Can you give more advice did you repeat it throughout the next night or just listen to it? Also what did you visualize and my writing in journal do you mean scripting as if you already had your desired job?

I visualized as I already in that job that I desired and the journal that I wrote is mostly about the experience that I will have as if I already have it (example: I'm very grateful and blessed that my boss and team are very supportive, they are very friendly, and I have lovely guests) *When you are writing a journal especially with your hand writing, somehow you put it in your subconscious mind as you believe it. 😀 Hope it helps.🌹
