He really pushed the envelope. I was watching his stuff all last year and really grinding every morning, intense painful workouts, and got creative like Goggins finding things that sucked to do.

@@TrigramHealing you have got to check out his 2 books. It’s great hearing them on audible because you get to hear the additional supporting information from Goggins himself. If you think the podcasts are rugged, the books really takes you there & his Mom talks in the 2nd one. It will make the hair on the back of your neck stand straight up!
