Bro I clicked on this vid and I kept doing it for a while I got my phone and the first one said do the finger method again which I’ve been doing and stopped at three it worked but I still have a little tummy ache it was from up to here ^ To down here _ .
I tried everything expect the mustard solution cause that’s disgusting and it worked! But be careful don’t be like me putting 4 tea spoons of salt in the water. It works but it hurts a lot. And I mean a lot. And the results are not that much too.
