After 3 months you can start working out. You can walk and do light stretches. You can swim but don’t do these yoga poses unless you at least have a year. You don’t want anything ripping. They cut through so much skin, muscle, fat..etc
Plow pose is my fav. Very effective exercises. I did all these exercise with couple of added some more exercises for flat belly after my c section and they really worked.
i have been doing planks crunches and some more exercises of similar intensity. it has been 18 months after my c section can i do these exercise will they ne effective
Ask your doctor first before starting any exercises Walking is the best exercise after C-section delivery. You can carry your baby and walk. Don't try any other exercise Please don't jump and run. It is advisable not to lift any heavy things. Please don't bend Breastfeeding mothers please take your calcium on time. Right now it's very important to take care of baby. Many mothers are on breastfeeding. So eat healthy and be happy All C section mothers are strong Mothers put on weight after delivery and it's normal to put on weight. I will advise all my C-section strong mothers to give time to your body to heal. Once you are healed completely you can start with your diet plan with the help of dietitian.
I’m 5 months postpartum after c section & none of these seem hard for me, I’m just wondering if I’ll lose any actual weight... doesn’t seem like I’m doing much ..
Is this the correct way ???? I mean c section goes through stiches and making upword stretch will make this weird... Its risky for stiches kindly tel ?
Never do anything without asking your doctor before 6months.. My doc suggested me to do cobra pose and bridge pose for 5mins each twice daily..dont do after eating..
@@reynupal8781 very nice...but it's impossible for most of the females...you need to have a flexible n lil slim body first...also I have heard that for stitches its not good, since they are still tender from inside as our skin has 7 layers and it takes long time to heal...it is better to go for light exercises for long run...pls check STRONG MOM channel for post C section exercises...she will show better exercises n it is wrking for me
First let me clarify, my comment is based on MY EXPERIENCE AND MY OPINION, that doesn’t mean they’re right or wrong but it does mean they’re mine!!! That being said, I’ve read a number of the comments and I think some of y’all are being a bit too much of a drama queen and also underestimating yourselves. Here’s why: the narrator states numerous times throughout the video that you should consult your doctor before starting any exercise and that you should not go to hard on yourself. He also mentions other things that are recommended in conjunction with exercise. As well as saying, not in this exact wording, to remember that your extra mommy duties such as carrying your baby and babies things are also exercise. Ladies our bodies have endured a trauma of sorts when we have kids, from start of pregnancy to delivery and healing. Yes we need to be easy when recovering and beginning the road to regain our pre-pregnancy bodies but don’t knock your abilities to do these if you haven’t even tried them. Just so y’all don’t feel like I’m just talking without trying it myself... I’ve had 2 c-sections and am 10yrs post so I’m fully healed. As many of y’all might agree I began having back problems in part from pregnancy too. I started doing these along with warm up and cool down stretches a few days ago after I found this video. Now I can’t verify yet that my post c-section baby belly is going down since it’s only been a few days. However, I do notice that my back pain is a bit less and I feel a bit more limber, so yes it is helping. As for the reduction in size I’ll get back to y’all after I’ve been at it long enough to see if it’s working. Until then ladies y’all be safe and congrats on your growing families. Also remember there’s a reason we ladies have the babies instead of the men... so stop underestimating your capabilities, we got this!!!
i just had my c-section 3 months ago. and im desperate to lose weight cuz i cant stand ppl telling me that im fat but.....i got scared watching this vid thinking bout my stitch.
I started to do the exercises to have a flat exercise after 8 months when I gave birth through C-section but I stopped it because of the advices of my sister, colleagues and cousin. One of my colleagues, she had C-section when she gave birth and it opened after how many years while playing volleyball her son is already studying when it happened to her. Same with my cousin,it opened after 10 years. They are are so lucky because they are still alive. There many videos saying that it’s not bad to exercise but there is no videos why it happen to open the CS scar after how many years. That’s why I’m so confuse what to follow.
I think you need to change the title.....have you tried this before posting...😝 Just by looking we can say that it is dangerous for people underwent C-section
ha ha ha the first one. Postpartum C section workout? common now. You don’t even show how to get into the pose SAFELY. If you really want to know how to get back to exercise and retrain your core safely after birth and get rid of the back pain, sneeze pee, and mummy tummy, I show you how to do it safely and effectively on my channel.
Plz girls dnt try these before asking ur doctor or before 6 months of delivery.... If u want to get nice figure.... U can take drinks for weight loss.. But not exercise...
I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from *Agoge Diet* so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying
