I'm not supporting what this video said in any way but yeah if you want to work out there are good videos of home workouts. I like to watch Chloe ting's videos for example. She's really popular for her 2 weeks shred program that helped girls get abs in just 2 weeks. You can look it up if you want, there are result videos about it and the program is free!
You don't have to have a flat belly to be beautiful. If you want to lose weight, then that's fine. Just be yourself. Have that confidence within yourself!
This video is very rude and highly offensive to people like me who may be over weight or do not have a flat stomach. Just because someone doesn’t have a flat stomach does not mean that they are not pretty, the only times someone would be considered ugly is if they have an ugly personality.
Having a flat belly doesn't matter has long as you are happy with you..... and saying we eat junk then what do you eat.... No you don't need a heart break to be motivated there are people out there who are happy and are in incredible shape in fact a heart break will make it worse
I'll eat 700 calories a day and eat 2 boneless chicken breast/turkey/salmon with veggies and eat healthy snacks like bananas, peanut butter with slices of apple, smoothies, drink a gallon of water a day and drink some tea before bed...and of course workout for 45min doing weights and abs...working out 5 days a week ,I think I got this

Ok the things said in this video is incorrect you are beautiful you can eat anything you want just potion it make sure it’s about the size of your fist trust me it works you can also try fasting it can be hard when you first start off but just drink some green tea and it makes you feel less hungry these are only a few tips but you don’t have to do this you don’t have to get a flat tummy to be pretty as long as your healthy and you are happy that’s all that matters

The heart broken one is so stupid. It is telling you that you have to pretend you are making yourself have a flat stomach to show others that you are attractive now. Weather or not you have a flat or big stomach, you are attractive either way, and you should be exersizing for yourself, not to prove something to someone.
