Hey! Thank you for commenting :) I know that noise floor is from the source and not from the iem but to an extent these two iems are more prone to it than anything else that I have tried. This is connected to either a dac amp on the pc, Apple dongle on a iPad Pro or ps5 controller, they all feature very this noise and given the budget of the iems people are not likely to want to use them plugged in to anything state of the art
Hi Carlos, wich iem around 30€(bit more or less)would you consider a good choice to play fps shooters on the xbox, where you need to be aware of your enemies footsteps and shooting sounds. Thanks, keep up the good work. Grande abraço.
Hey man, watching your videos for a looong time! Big fan of yours. Do you know which IEM JoeWo is using ? I asked him on Twitch but is not answering because they makers of the IEM are not paying him. Maybe you can see on his videos which one he uses? Would be greatly appreciated man.
Hey Carlos! Nothing wrong with this entertaining informative video, but I’ve been a fan a long time so there’s that. Sure hope all’s well in your world!
Always great to hear from you Tomas :) Things are well! Sometimes a lot of self doubt and auto criticism stops things from going the way I want them to. I just have to get better at managing that
Hey Carlos, sorry for such a big comment but I might need your help here. Currently using the Logitech g pro headsets. Have the 7Hz Salnotes Zero just getting dust (never seemed to go along with them) I’m thinking about buying the good old Bose QC20 (in ear) as I can still find them new from china for around 75€. Do you think there anything else I should be looking at, instead of the QC20? Am I good with the 7hz Salnotes Zero and I’m just overthinking here? And also, is there any cheap cable extenders you would recommend?
If you had to choose between something like the true ear, or the dt900 pro for mostly gaming use which would you recommend? Also did you see any loss in quality when using the Microphone type cords with IEM?
I am not quite getting what you mean by "something like the true ear", the only thing that popped in my mind was the very budget truth ear hola but in either case I would not recommend something like the dt900 pro for most people since they are closed back which means more closed off sound and also warmer ears which to me is a big no no for long playing sessions (that depends on the weather where you live of course). Also keep in mind the DT 900 pro is a 250 ohm headphone, so you will probably need an amp to get them sounding great, which can be a dealbreaker for your budget. These days I recommend most people that want an audio improvement to try IEMs because they can be cheaper and more convenient for, sometimes, a fraction of the cost. I have made a couple of videos on the topic, and in those you will find my thoughts and recommendations for the price brackets (I am pretty sure I also listed some at the end of this video) Also, if you are asking me, anything that sounds great will be great for gaming, and by sounding great I mean clean flat-ish audio with good dynamics and sound stage will accurately showcase any game environment, and it's up to the game to actually do the heavy lifting to create a great sound As for the question about the microphone cable, the answer is no, they sound the same.
Hey , as the moondrop chu 2 is a new iem ,will they get a upgrade with a mic ,as i wanted it for gaming , or suggest me a iem which has good soundstaging under 30$
I have the Dunu Kima's and absolutely love them, and they are fairly affordable. Thinking about trying a pair of cheaper crinacle zero's to see which I like better 😅😅
