Biggest Sinclair fan with a question: Do I take Tally with food? And do I open the capsule and dump the content into some soy yogurt for example, or just swallow the pill? :) Thank you.
How would one try this for the longevity benefits but not lose weight? I can’t imagine to eat 1,800 calories in one meal which is the amount that maintains my weight.
David was about to saying the experiences of women that switched to mediterranian foods but the anchor started talking something in between and we lost and missed that detail. This anchors sometimes keep saying what they have to say ignoring what the interviewee is saying.
You are saying fasting helps fight cancer. Most cancer patients especially with cancers of digestive tracks, don't eat anything i mean they hardly are able to take food but seeing their situation is aggravating and worsening day after day. What do you say about it?
Yep, watching them grow every week until they grew by two cups is definitely satisfying, I went with what I commented about and after the first 20 days or so I went up by one cup! I simply go'ogled Mika Klopsworth's Breast Guide and now they’re fuller and firmer than I expected!
Dying to know if Dr. Sinclair gets botox! :) My logic tells me he doesn't, but the aesthetician in me wants to believe that his crow's feet + forehead, definitely get some muscle relaxer injected regularly... Either way, his skin looks amazing, especially for his age! :)
I've been taking a lower dose of Resveratrol (600mg) for the past 13 years. I am now 47 and my hair just began to go grey last year, this started after I came down with COVID (there is data showing that the disease causes cellular aging). Still, at 47 I have far less grey hair than my father did at 40, who began going grey in his late 30s. A bit of background on health and lifestyles. I've been overweight for much of my adult life. I do not exercise. My diet has been poor, consisting of mostly fast food, sugary snacks and drinks. Alcohol consumption has been light, but I do have a glass of wine, mead or Guinness on occasion. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 20 years (9 years tobacco free now). I've been a light user of cannabis for the past 5 years, a couple of hits in the late evening, just before bed. My father on the other hand was very active and normal weight for much of his adult life. He ate healthy, fast food was something rare for him. Dad usually had 2 to 3 beers a night, one of those with his dinner. He was a very light smoker on the rare occasion. My parents engaged in very light use of cannabis back in the 70's. He passed away from a massive heart attack at age 73.
I read years ago an article in Oprah’s magazine that collagen in skin care products is useless because the molecules are too big to penetrate the skin.
None of what Sinclair ever said has turned out to be true, so I'd take what he says ..B.S. all hype ! hype and lies ! Besides eating the wrong diet and unhealthy habits, .....also the more bitter, toxic and nastier people are, the uglier they look on the outside. Be kind , honest to yourself and focus on your health, eat a healthy diet for your own well-being . have respect and gratitude towards people who are kind to you . stay away from toxic manipulative people .
Dear Dr David first of all congratulations... Today i have a question here and its for someone dear to me . My question is CAN A CANCER AND HIV POSITIVE PERSON CAN TAKE NMN ??? IF YES WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS? IF NOT WHY ?
Thank you for this podcast, I love all the information. I'm definitely subscribing to your channel. Please keep on doing these kind of podcasts! I do have a question. Is there any treatment available right now that can truly help give up smoking? I've been trying for years and haven't been able and I'm hopeful that science will eventually help me somehow. I would love to live to a 100 or more but I know smoking is not something that is helping me towards that goal, but it's so hard to quit it! Thanks again!
QUESTION: PLEASE HELP ..... Not counting the obvious like exercise, diet, low stress, etc., I want to know what longevity supplement elderly folks living close to the poverty level should invest their small extra cash in. I'm taking NMN 500 mg/day for $87/month, Areds2 for early symptomless macular degeneration, & multi vitamins. Are there one or two other supplements I should be taking at age 80? I have congestive heart failure, that is so far controld with heart & bp meds and lasex. What can I add to reverse aging, that I can afford?
