I've looked into it a bit and looking at several street veews of check republic and ukraine in 2018 I doubt that the destroyed cars would be rom 2018 as they are more likely 2009 modles as they resemble many of the same type of car I have aslo looked into police stations compared from 2018 and 1009 and the one from 2009 looks way more similar to the ingame one
